This will make a 6" finished square

Preparing the pieces & sewing block
cut four different prints (3 1/2" x 3 1/2" square)

using a 1/4" seam allowance sew two blocks together. The rights sides should be facing each other.

Press the seam allowance to one side and do the same to the next two blocks.

Now pair the two halves together and press the finished block

I had this dream last night that I could use my blog to unite my new Etsy friends and fill my dream I have had for awhile. I have wanted to have a quilt shop for a few years now. But I don't have the funds right now to have my own full shop. So I was thinking that this is a great way to help some of my Etsy friends too. My friends that have fabric shops and quilting supplies can post thier shops here on my blog. I want to have a quilt block a month and a quilt a year little mini lessons on quilting.
